QuickScore and Scoreboard User Guides

QuickScore and Scoreboard are essentially the same application. The only difference is in the menu structure and that QuickScore includes a Strategy Map section.

QuickScore is oriented towards strategy management and uses terms like Perspective, Objective and Measure.

Scoreboard is oriented towards KPI management and uses terms like Performance Area, Objective and KPI.

All of the user guides are ‘term-neutral’. There are a few exceptions, for example, the Strategy Map guide is only for QuickScore. Where terminology differences are important, the QuickScore and Scoreboard are highlighted.
